Shipments and returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment. There is fixed 70$ for shipping unless your order above 1000$. In that case infinityconsumables.com undertakes to pay for Customers purchase. The Customer always have an opportunity to ask any question about the order by contacting our support team.After we shipped the purchase it can be observed by online tracking.
The Customer shall notify infinityconsumables.com of any shortage of quantity or damage to the Products or any alleged failure to comply with its description within 3 working days of receipt of the Products.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
